For senior management to:
- Understand how to implement NLP within their own organisation
- Be able to demonstrate skills of influencing others through rapport, pacing and leading and effective use of language
- Be able to identify the key motivation patterns in others
This module will give MDs and GMs the ability to detect underlying trends and patterns in people through understanding of behavioural traits and characteristics within and outside an organisation. It will also enhance their ability to recognise how an individual's personal style and behaviour impacts on the organisation. It will give greater flexibility in the choice of personal behaviours, leading to more effective communication inside and outside the organisation.
