Management Development Our management development programmes are based on giving managers simple and effective guidelines to enable them to progressively develop and grow their roles. We utilise accelerated learning techniques to enhance delivery of our programmes and give managers an easily referenced framework for their personal development. Programmes are tailored to your individual requirements and will typically include three main strands: outcome setting (knowing where you are going and why you are going there), awareness (developing mechanisms for effective feedback from the world and the people around you so you know if you are still on track) and behavioural flexibility (knowing how to create flexibility to get back or stay on track no matter what gets thrown at you). Participation and enjoyment are two key themes for all of our programmes.
