This is a programme for key sales staff who will be able to:

  • Use NLP skills to maximise sales return
  • Recognise and utilise customer thinking styles
  • Adapt their style and behaviours to different customers
  • Remove the term 'resistance' from their vocabulary

The approach on this programme will give sales staff an understanding of how and why customers decide to buy as well as the ability to detect, through linguistic clues and non-verbal behaviour, the individual buying strategies of each customer. In addition this programme provides the understanding of how to adapt their own behaviour to match the preferred buying strategy for each individual customer - leading to more sophistication and flexibility in the sales process.
